Aims & objectives

Aim was to show youth leaders some teatral technics to use in youth work.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

In this training we had 20 participants from different 10 EU countries.

Training methods used & main activities

Interactive methods are used to involve people in workshops like role playing, creative drama, learning by doing.

Outcomes of the activity

As a result young participants got new info and experience on psychodrama to use as a tool in their usual youth work. And a network is built.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was one of the trainers of two. We built the program and organised the workshops. Mainly i managed the workshops on group dynamics, team building, culture and identity, ICL, conflict resolution and evaluation.

I worked on this training for 6 days as a full time trainer.
