Training of Trainers and Active Leaders

Aims & objectives

TOTAL included 3 activities, 7 days each. TOTAL Basic for trainers beginners and trainers with limited experience, TOTAL Advance for experienced trainers that had opportunity to focus on development of competences and policies, and finally TOTAL Lab for most experienced training providers that had chance to develop new tools and methods.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Was invovled in all 3 stages of TOTAL. Trainers were from Poland, United Kingdom and Italy.

Training methods used & main activities

Participants had chance to take part in simulations, plan, run and evaluate workshops on which trainers were giving feedback. Trainers gave presentations about trainers competences, policy framework. Participants also took part in team building that was conducted by trainers at each stage, making plan for future cooperation and other elements of the project.

Outcomes of the activity

Main result are educated trainers, new methods an TDM2000 Pool of Trainers that was created within the project.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Vojislav was involved in preparation of project and as member of project team at each activity.

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
