Training Course - New communication and new technology pathways for NGO!

Aims & objectives

During the training we showed the Usage of Media, Communication, Public Relations and latest technological trends for the process of reaching social aims of you NGO.
During the seminar you will teached about
➢ Communication
➢ Public Relations
➢ New Technology Trends usage
➢ Project Management
On the training we have presented how to run a self-organized project of making a position of Public Relations Manager and Project Manager in NGO.

Aims and objectives of the project:
➢ Train You and give a benefit to participating NGO's in the most relevant to NGO issues Marketing Public Relation and Commucations and Project Management Stuff
➢ Explain what means Efficient Communication and media strategy
➢ give the new technology innovation working methodology to the participating NGO's
➢ open eyes for new challenges and new ideas about Erasmus+
➢ Enhance methods of non-formal education for people working young persons
➢ building entrepreneurship potential in Public Relations and Communications market
Our aims are also:
➢ to improve the quality of youth projects and other international activities
➢ to exchange best practices and experiences from International projects
➢ to get to know organizations which took part in Erasmus+ Program
➢ to make new international contacts and create new projects in the frame of Erasmsu+ Program.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

This was an international training course for NGOs coming from 14 different countries, 28 participants all together from following locations: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia and Spain.

Having experience in the Public Relations and Communications is also a great possibility to find easier a future Job in Marketing/PR departments.

Also one of the main aims of the training course was promoting entrepreneurship and self-development of participant in the NGO. Work in NGO is a great introduction before your future professional career.
Even that the topic is seemed to be tough during the Seminar we will use the non-formal education methods, what will in easier and nice way let You fully assimilate with the topic.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was responsible for the whole learning proces in this project.
I was a head trainer in this project. My other responsibilities were:
- managing the work of a trainers and facilitation team
- leading the workshops during the TC
- prepare the application
- project evaluation
- preparing the final evaluations
