TOY - Trainers Online for Youth
This is a reference for Katarzyna Rajs
This Training Course (TC) is designed to bring together a diverse group of 18 youth workers from 9 different
countries across Europe and will serve as a collaborative learning environment for participants to critically
explore, develop, and share non-formal education (NFE) methodologies that are both innovative and
aligned with the current priorities of the Erasmus+ Programme and broader youth work needs.
Participants will be actively engaged in experiential learning activities, reflection sessions, thematic workshops, and peer-led sessions throughout the duration of the training.

Katarzyna was an exceptional trainer and a true asset to our team. She demonstrated a deep understanding of non-formal education methodologies and brought a creative, structured, and engaging approach to every session she facilitated. Her workshops – including activities such as Privilege Walk, Behind the Label, Opinions in Conflict, and Design the Future: Youth Strategy Lab – were very well received by participants and encouraged meaningful reflection, participation, and co-creation.
She showed excellent facilitation skills, smoothly balancing group dynamics, keeping the learning environment safe and inclusive, and ensuring that all participants were actively involved. Katarzyna was highly collaborative, contributing to programme design, daily evaluations, and adapting sessions in response to the group’s needs.
Her professionalism, intercultural sensitivity, and ability to combine theory with practice helped create a high-quality learning experience for the youth workers involved. I would be happy to work with Katarzyna again on future training projects and recommend her wholeheartedly as a skilled, reliable, and inspiring trainer.
