Training course for youth leaders on Democratic leadership and participation within national-level youth organizations

Aims & objectives

Within the training we aimed to:
- Explore which mechanisms exists or could be developed for leadership training in youth organizations
- Exchange tools for conducting effective training on democratic decision making and leadership in youth organizations
- Develop outlines and proposals for further educational programmes and other reforms within youth organizations

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

9 participants from 4 countries, youth wokrers and leaders of nationalaliwde youth organisations, 2 trainers from Poland and North Macedonia

Training methods used & main activities

NFE methodology, methods such as group work on outlines for the manual, indicudal reflection, sharing experiences through open space method
