Aims & objectives

- Youth in Action Programme understanding with special focus on cooperation with EECA countries within Action 2 projects (EVS)
- Specificities and technical requirements of cooperation between non-EU Programme and EECA countries
- How to find partners and create quality, sustainable partnerships
- How to organize good project within European Voluntary Service, partnership - rights and obligations of partners, mentoring
- Presentation of participants and organisations - Organisations Fair
- Future Actions Planning

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Training brought together 29 voluntary and professional youth workers, youth leaders and project coordinators working directly with youth organisations and youngsters, who were interested in setting up new EVS projects, . participants from 13 countries (from EU and non-EU Programme and EECA).
Team: A Czech trianer (Jan Latal), a Turkish trainer (Ozgehan Senyuva), an Armenian trainer (me), 1 organized from Turkish NA (Handan Boyar), and 1 organizer from SALTO EECA (Tomasz Szopa).

- Created contacts for future cooperation;
- Shared understanding of volunteering in the presented countries;

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Preparation and adaptation of the content and methodology of the training based on the aims and objectives set out by the organizers, implementation (as one of 3 trainers) and evaluation/reporting assistance.

I worked on this training for 5 days as a full time trainer.
