Aims & objectives

Aims of this Trainer Skill Workshop
Support the professional development of trainers by extending their critical understanding of using IT tools in training courses for youth workers.
Objectives
- Offer a space for peer learning amongst trainers experienced in international youth work
- Learn about and test IT tools useful to support trainers in the implementation of training courses for youth workers, including preparation and follow up phases
- Learn about and test IT tools useful for trainers in the field of youth work.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Group consisted of 19 participants from different European countries and the team was composed of Polish and Lituanian trainers.

Training methods used & main activities

Various methods of non-formal learning (NFL) were used in order to explore app&platforms with hands on approach as well as taking part in small groups' work, webinar, interactive presentations, open space with peer sharing, etc.

Outcomes of the activity

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was one of three trainers preparing, leading and evaluating this training course.

I worked on this training for 4 days as a full time trainer.
