Train the Trainers for Self Directed Learning

Aims & objectives

This training is planned to create an open space for youth workers to transfer the knowledge and practices gained in the previous stages. Such training will help the youth workers/trainers to integrate the SDL framework into their further training.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The profile of the participants is defined as 16 youth
workers/trainers who have taken part in the intervention
phase and/or working experience with youth (4 spots per
partner)

Training methods used & main activities

The training program will be based on Experiential Learning
methodology which will help to better understand and
exploit the SDL4NEET Framework.

Outcomes of the activity

Such training helped the youth
workers/trainers to integrate the SDL framework into their further training.
