TOY - Trainers Online for Youth

It main aim of the training was to promote social enterprenuership and to ensure an entrepreneurial approach to solving social problems and to encourage and support the development of a new generation of social entrepreneurs.
The learning objectives of this project were:
• participants to become inspired social entrepreneur or change-maker;
• participants to understand better the term "social entrepreneurship" and to raise knowledge and gain new experiences about it;
• participants to start the process of creating social venture through gaining skills and knowledge for writing projects ideas and business plan;
• participants to gain skills and knowledge that will help to the participant to get access to labor market;
• participants to discover or understand better the social and environmental problems in their countries and to get to know the situation in other countries;
It was international group mainly youth workers and youth leaders, from 22 till 45 years. All method were carefully selected for the target group. There were people from: Croatia, Macedonia, Czech Republic, Romania, Lithuania, Hungary, and Turkey.
All together there were 30 participants and 3 staff members.
The working methods were based on non-formal learning and group work. This includes team organization, practical presentation, discussions, group work on preparing SE platform, data collecting form interview and summarizing. The workshops were filled with active dialogs, games and various methods, all in order to get to know the essence of social entrepreneurship and the impact that can be done in our societies. All methods contributed towards developing the group cohesion and building personal improvement of the young participants as individuals.
We created a platform (blog) that even after the project is still maintained from group of participants. During the project activity many people learned how to do quantitative and qualitative research and also they learned more about terminology connected with social entrepreneurship and enterprise.

I had role of full time trainer in this training course. International team composed by two trainers Macedonia led this training course. We had good cooperation and worked as a team. After each working day, we had meeting discussing about our impressions that are related with our trainers work and participants.
Also I was closly part of the process of creating and maintaining the SE platform.
