I was part of the permanent staff of the organisation ICJA. This is why I was responsible with my team for content creation.
During the seminar, I functioned as a full-time trainer but I had many other responsibilties: My role was not only the organisational but also the
content lead, so I was responsible for the TTT and that all the trainings can be held. Inclusively, I was part of the team lead and mentoring the team of voluntary workers.
Next to it, I was part of the awareness/ empowerment team and the first aid team as well as I functioned in my role as coordinator offering personal support to the target group by personal coaching and feedback sessions.
With Doreen Regenscheit's in-depth knowledge of the content, her willingness to learn together, her empathic guidance, power-critical awareness and her special attentiveness towards participants and other trainers she was a remarkable team lead to work with.
