Aims & objectives

To provide neceassary knowledge and skills to youth workers and leaders from different youth organisations all around Europe in implementing quality action 4.3- Training and networking projects.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Youth workers and leaders who want to be more active within Action 4.3 of the Youth in Action Programme.
TICTAC is always implemented with an international group of two trainers in the team.

Training methods used & main activities

Interactive exercises, simulations, role plays, group discussions, self reflection, presentations and informative sessions on Youth in Action.

Outcomes of the activity

Outcome of the training are Action 4.3 activities that will be realised by the participants. As TICTAC is a Network Training, previous TICTAC experiences show that partnerships are formed during the course and TICTACers become more active within Youth in Action Programme.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Member of the trainers team. Together with the team members, design of the programme, implementation of the sessions, evaluation of the training as a learning process.

I worked on this training for 7 days (each training) days as a full time trainer.
