Aims & objectives

The AIM of the training course was To increase critical thinking skills among youth leaders, youth workers and NGO activists and their stakeholders through learning about tools and methods to improve critical thinking and by creating tools and workshops which later would be used in local communities.

Objectives pf the project:
● To increase CR-TH skill which is a relevant skill not only for civil society but for youngsters striving
to be employed as well
● To improve quality of youth work in partner organisations through cooperation between them
and/or other stakeholders within the Skepsis
● To promote active citizenship and and understanding of democratic processes through knowledge
on CR-TH and media literacy
● To create tools and workshops about CR-TH for youth workers which can later be applied at local communities
● To fight fakes, propaganda, prejudice, misinformation,etc.
● To develop new activities within the Skepsis to have better continuation and spreading of ideas
about CR-TH.

Outcomes of the activity

The TC was designed to equip participants with tools that can be used in daily work with young people and the learning outcomes of this training programme are foreseen to be disseminated in the youth field through the use of methods, sharing the approach and follow-up.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Delivering 50 % of education context of training course.
Starting from plenary session in the beginning of the day and finishing with reflations.

I worked on this training for 6 days as a full time trainer.
