Aims & objectives

Deliver tools to develop creative thinking which can be used in youngsters in the NGOs.
Work on the concept of creativity, creative thinking, problem-solving creativity, methods to develop creative thinking, youth inclusion and empowerement.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

24 participants from 6 EU countries: Portugal, Spain, Turkey, Itally, Romania and Poland.
The participants involved in the TC were teachers, youth workers and youth leaders in local schools and NGOs.

Training methods used & main activities

Problem-solving, deBono, Walt Disney, plenary sessions, discussions, team building activities, event development for youngsters, discussion in small groups, experience exchange within the group, open space.

Outcomes of the activity

4 movies on the topic of creativity, a magazine online. photos and posts on the partners involved social networks and future cooperation projects.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

One of the main trainers - on the topic of creativity, problem solving, story telling, Walt Disney method - and Project Coordinator.

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
