Aims & objectives

- To educate youth workers to stimulate learning through education that is based on educational psychology

- To educate youth workers about the basis of the process of learning but also covers cognitive theories of learning memorizing the activities that follow learning motivation specific categories of personalities in the process of teaching and evaluation of educational accomplishments.

- To empower youth workers with advanced knowledge needed in the process of education and to show the complexity of educational process

- To get close with multicultural dimension of learning through comparative education with the focus on psychophysical in socio-cultural differences comparing educational systems of the partner countries as well as generally -accepted alternative systems (defining, learning, methodology, intelligence etc.)

- To raise the awareness of the importance about learning of learning and the development of learning-to-learn competence

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Target group:
Youth workers, since they are implementing the non-formal education for quite some time and through education which this project is giving, they want to firm their knowledge with the variety of topics of the project. Since the whole project is defined as an ''upgrade'' knowledge of effective transition of knowledge through educational psychology, participants of this project should know the basis of education and the non-formal education concept.
As we already stated above that this project is also for those trainers and facilitators which are at the beginning and the ones who are in that field for long time, it is really important for each participant to know: the concept of sessions planning and the concept of methodology of work the role self-evaluation and the importance of reflection as well as the matter of creativity of deliverance of educational program.

Training methods used & main activities

With this project we support current and future youth workers in the development of specific skills with a focus on the development of comprehension skills, problem solving and practical application of knowledge to the acquisition of skills that contribute to the quality of life, and the elements of educational psychology and comparative education with the aim of upgrading the educational platform acquired formal education system.
The project idea is formed in the cooperation between expert educators in the formal education field along with youthworkers which work in the field of non-formal education. The objectives of the project and its content is based on empirical system of personal experience. Therefore with scientific exploring way of covering structural literature.
The content and the form itself consists the review of the experts that we included with the development of the project idea with the aim of supporting the multi-disciplined dimensions of the project. The issue that we want to explore and expose with this project fit the challenges of contemporary education in whole Europe, and context and content is based on the direction of European Commission that deals with unique curriculum, which is important and its skills, competences, and knowledge put on the first place of educational process with the development of the key competences.
In order to fulfill the objectives of the project, we created specific methodology based on expertise knowledge. It is about the training that has form of the seminar, since the methodology requires more than the methodology we use usually and it requires already gained basis of knowledge.

Outcomes of the activity

Satisfaction of the individual needs of each youth worker, to execute the segment of transition of knowledge, creating critical thinking towards education in order to have better educational process are the most important outcomes of the activiy.
