It was a long term training course usinng variety of methods and techniques from non-formal education. From group building development techniques, simulation of assessment centres (when applying for a job), simulation of job inteviews, lectures to give some theoretical imputs, group work and discussions, reflections up to practical exercises where participnats created and tested new tools how to work with the topic of recognising and naming competences with their youngsters.
As this was long-term activity we have evaluated how participants implemented what they learned in their organisations. More information about outcomes is available at www.thejobaffair.eu
