To explore together current societal challenges and their impact on TEC activities, as well as the impact it has on the volunteers in specific areas of competence development (learning, solidarity, active participation, pedagogical support etc.)
To provide space for exchange of experiences, needs and networking initiatives of TEC trainers belonging to different countries/training pools
To strengthen a common understanding and knowledge of the diversity of practices, approaches and quality elements of TEC and the European Solidarity Corps programmeTo stimulate a community of practice and networking
To provide space for the exchange of experiences and co-operation initiatives of NA officers
To gain an insight into trainers‘competences required to ensure quality and to respond to the needs of volunteers through TEC
To create a platform for reflections and recommendations for the implementation of the TEC within the European Solidarity Corps
Facilitators of the TEC Forum 2025 have been Vika Mato (LT), Carina Altenriederer (AT) and me. Also part of the full team has been a representative from German NA, Lithuanian NA, Austrian NA and from SALTO ESC RC.
Participants have been TEC trainers and officers from different countries.
Self-directed learning, group works, reflections.
The activity opened up spaces for exchange, learn from each other, discuss how uncertainties of today affect trainers and officers and young people we are working with.

As part of the facilitators/trainers team, I was nailing down the topic together with the team, deciding about the general flow and preparing sessions. During the activity I facilitated sessions and facilitated team meetings.
