Aims & objectives - LLP/Leonardo da Vinci/ToI project training promoting social and professional inclusion for young unemployed people through company simulation, transversal competences development, group work and conflict management - http://www.leonardo-teamcoaching.eu/
Target group - 30 trainees (18/30 yrs old)
Composition of the team - 2 trainers
Training methods used - Non formal activities, role-playing games, company simulation, conflict management workshops, teamwork and role rotation.
Outcomes - Trainees improve their transversal skills (leadership, teamwork, conflict management, time management, organization) and job finding opportunities (employability).
Tasks and responsibilities – Trainer and coordinator
