Team For Youth

Aims & objectives

The primary goal of this project is to improve the competencies of youth workers in the field of inclusion by equipping them with teambuilding methods specifically designed for engaging young people with fewer opportunities. These youth face social exclusion, discrimination, and difficulties in accessing both formal and non-formal education. By empowering youth workers with the tools to create inclusive environments, the project seeks to foster greater understanding and reduce stereotypes and prejudices within youth groups.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

his training will engaged 22 youth workers including 1 trainer from North Macedonia, Spain, France, Italy, Austria, Romania and Denmark The project focused on non-formal education methods aimed at building skills for the inclusion of youth with fewer opportunities.
