The aim of this activity is to support youth workers/leaders in increasing the quality of the Erasmus + Youth Programme and better knowing of European youth strategy within Media and other communication Tools.
1. Critically reflect upon their previous national / international experience(s)by relating EU and media and the impact on young people, organisations and wider community;
2. Increase the understanding of different quality aspects of Erasmus+ Youth in Action such as: active participation of young people, cooperation with partners, intercultural learning, and how to relate this thematic with Media as Programme Support Initiatives;
3. Experience a non-formal learning process and understand how to support young people's learning process in the project trough Media;
4. Improve their project management competences (knowledge, skills and attitudes) in order to better organise future applications to Erasmus+ Programme on KA1 and KA3.
Youth leaders from Spain and Portugal. All of them involved in University Radios and willing to promote E+.
