Aims & objectives

• Improve and renew the tools for trainers, educators, monitors in youth prevention
• Provide information on bullying workers, families, young people and society in general
• Raise awareness and educate young people, teachers, coaches, trainers about the need of prevention.
• Exchange realities regarding the topics of the project in the participating countries.
• Sharing experiences and best practices with other trainers, educators, monitors.
• Become familiar with different tools and methods of non-formal education for prevention and work with youth.
• Different activities for personal development and skills of the participants.
• Presentation and cooperation in the new Erasmus + program
• Encourage the establishment of anti-bullying and anti-violence policies.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

12 countries: SPAIN, ESTONIA, PORTUGAL, CZECH REPUBLIC, LATVIA, MACEDONIA, FINLAND, AUSTRIA, SWEDEN, SLOVAKIA, GREECE, POLAND.

Training methods used & main activities

During the training we have been doing debates, workshops, exchange of good practises, games, energyzers, panel of experts, study visits and intercultural activities.

Outcomes of the activity

A set of tools, ideas and methods for trainers, teachers and youth workers in general, to improve their skills, to develop better job, being ratios of the risks of young people, so they can anticipate these help or advise, to do work in the following areas are important for prevention:
- Bullying and Mobbing.
- Conflict Resolution.
- Alcohol and drugs.
- Cyber-space (Tic).
- Affectivity and sexuality.
- Exclusion and Social Inclusion.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was full time trainer together with Iva Havlickova.

I worked on this training for 6 days as a full time trainer.
