Aims & objectives

Main objectives of the project are providing tools for young people´s personal development, creating the space for the youth workers to share their experience in the European field, increasing the participants´ awareness about intercultural learning and inter-religious dialogue, working on participants communication skills, to give youth leaders and youth workers the opportunity to increase their own competences and facilitation skills, training participants in various types of problem solving, conflict resolution technique and emotion management, providing the information and clarification about formal aspects of the EVS program, dealing with European awareness and creating the space for the youth workers to share their experience in the European field.

Training methods used & main activities

Based on non-formal education, mainly games, debates, workshops, cultural visits, etc.

Outcomes of the activity

A strong network of EVS partner organisations, 2 EVS host-send projects, ideas for future projects and lot of intercultural sharing and learning.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was full-time trainer during all the duration of the activity.

I worked on this training for 6 days as a full time trainer.
