Aims & objectives

• To understand the importance of PR
• To train youth workers to promote their NGO activities
• How to build and maintain a positive and cooperative relationship with the public
• To help participants on how to build and improve their communication skills
• To emphasize the importance of blogging as a new tool for PR
• How to create a long-ter PR strategy for promotion of activities and self-employement
• To convey PR importance in European visibility of Youth in Action Programme
• To promote EU values
• To promote PRing in the field of social inclusion of people with fewer opportunities

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Greece, Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Turkey and Ukraine.

Training methods used & main activities

The project theme levels at developing and understanding the nature of PR and the important role of the PR and its practitioners. The theme of the project is with the use of non-formal learning methids to provide the participants to acquire skills and competences they will use in developing further promotional campaigns regardless their subject and field of working.

Outcomes of the activity

The planed activities will contribute to the process of non-formal learning by proposition that the participants would be provoked to step up and present their experiences in working with public relations, and also attendees would be actively invloved in the whole non-formal and formal learning process, by the means of designed workshops that ask from the participants active involvement in the training course
