The Training Course is built on the foundation of non-formal educational principles. The program is experiential and based on a holistic approach, putting emphasis on hands-on approach and practice in the field.
This training course was designed for newcomers in youth work who wanted to build practical skills and confidence, as well as for those wishing to refresh and update their knowledge.
Through hands-on activities, participants discovered how to work effectively with groups, use reflection to support young people’s learning, and apply digital tools to strengthen teamwork and communication. The program also introduced easy-to-use co-design methods that empower young people to take an active role, with plenty of chances to practice new skills in real-life settings.
I was one of the main trainers, responsible for planning, designing, and delivering the full training program together with my co-trainers. My role included preparing the methodology, facilitating sessions, guiding reflection processes, and supporting participants in their practice during school workshops. I was engaged throughout the entire activity as a full-time trainer.
