TC More visibility for Youth projects

Aims & objectives

The main objectives of this training course are:
● -to help all the people involved to appreciate the importance of dissemination and
exploitation of the results of their projects.
● -to explore ways to increase the impact of youth projects within our organisations and
our communities;
● -to extend the potential of non-formal education methods and techniques in creating
original projects in order to address the needs of young people;
● -to provide the participants with the skills necessary for strategic thinking and
planning in order to raise the visibility of their projects.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Participants: 22 from 11 countries. Aged 18+ who are: youth leaders, youth workers
or representatives of NGOs,
community centers, youth
clubs, schools, local authorities, local governments or other public institutions,

Training methods used & main activities

Study visits, debates, small working groups, research, games, energyzers, training sessions, exchange of good practises, panels, intercultural learning activities.

Outcomes of the activity

Manual about DEOR and visibility in projects. Also a dissemination blog.

Full time trainer together with Iva Havlickova (CZ).
