TC How to prepare a funny European project

Aims & objectives

The main aim of the project was to learn tools and techniques to develop funny european youth projects. We also wanted to strenghten the partners network in order to develop future projects together.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The training team was formed by 1 trainer-coordinator (myself) and 6 experts (developing different workshops and sessions). There was also a support team of 2 people for logistics.

The 22 participants came from:
FR- Actiones Jeunes, EE- MTU Tahe Noorteklubi, IT- AGESCI Grupo Arenzano 1º, LT- The Round Table and NPO Krantas, BG- Youth Centre Haskovo, PT- ACAF, NL- Palet-Culemborg, ES- Animaccio and Consejo de la Juventud de Silla

Training methods used & main activities

Very practical workshops (crafts, sports, games, communication tools, etc.). Also a lot of community work to practise the different learnt skills.

Outcomes of the activity

All the participants improved a lot their skills on youthwork and international projects. We created a strong network and also we developed new tools to work with young people. Very funny and succesful project.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was responsible of the overall coordination of the activities, also responsible of delivering part of the sessions and finally, the coordination of the team of experts.

I worked on this training for 9 days as a full time trainer.
