TC Gender violence in youth and teenagers

Aims & objectives

To develop the skills of young active leaders to act as promoters of greater gender equality in their communities through the use of a non-formal learning approach. To be more sensitive and able to detect situations and contexts in which discrimination and gender violence occur and adopt measures to promote gender equality at local, national and international levels contexts.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Training course for 18 youth workers from 9 different countries.

Training methods used & main activities

Study visits, debates, small working groups, research, games, energyzers, training sessions, exchange of good practises, panels, intercultural learning activities.

Outcomes of the activity

Raise awareness of the issues of GBV, booklet translated to all languages of the project, new ideas for future cooperation.
