TC DEOR

Aims & objectives

The activities organized at the DEOR TC are aimed to increase the capacities of youth workers, youth leaders, project organizators and trainers about "dissemination and exploitation of results".

DEOR Training Course will also increase the project management skills of youths from participant countries.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Target group: youth workers in charge of international youth projects.

Partners: House of Education and Life Promoters (PL), Asociatia KASTA MORRELY (RO), Local Youth Council of Megara (GR), AC Amics de la Biblioteca de la fonteta (ES), Ensemble Goce Delchev (BG), Hrvatska Udruga Mladih (CR) and Dijital Sanatlar Grubu (TR).

Training methods used & main activities

Simulations, games, debates, workshops, open space activities, roleplaying, etc. Most of them opendoors thanks to the good weather we had.

Outcomes of the activity

We created 4 DEOR strategies and 1 DEOR video. This training also created 4 future project ideas that will be developed in the future Erasmus+ programme.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was full time trainer (responsible mainly for the DEOR sessions) during the day and during the nights, also Salsa teacher, and Games master! :)

I worked on this training for 8 days as a full time trainer.
