During adolescence is very important nutrition education, support and dietary advice standards and health promotion applied before the introduction of the habits that remain during adulthood, which is why this training course, we will provide workers in the field of youth the skills, tools, experiences and methods needed to do their work with young people easier.
The goals:
1. To improve skills, methods and tools for workers in the field of youth on intolerance and types of Food, nutrition, Eating Disorder, critic and sustainable consumption, Healthy Lifestyle.
2.Share experiences and knowledge with other European trainers.
3.Give time and space for individual development of the participants.
4.Analyze and exchange realities of the growing problems of youth as intolerance and types of Food, nutrition, Eating Disorder, critic and sustainable consumption, Healthy Lifestyle.
5. Stimulate the exchange of best practices among workers in the field of youth in the countries involved on the project themes.
6. Increase networking and cooperation among the organizations participating in the Erasmus + program.
7.Creation an ebook with results
8.Dissemination and exploitation of the results for the use of other interested actors.
Participants from 11 countries: Lithuania, Portugal, Estonia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Greece, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Sweden, Spain, Hungary
Different workshops and activities like games, energyzers, group building, icebreaking, debates, visits, intercultural sharing, good practise sharing and panel of experts.
The main outcome has been the new tools and good practises that all the participants have taken with them. There has been also a booklet produced (ebook) and some nice videos to promote a healthy lifestile for youth.
