Aims & objectives

The training is designed for youth leaders and youth workers to develop as group leaders for international youth events.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The target group of the course were youth workers, youth leaders and educators from various European countries (Estonia, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Poland)

Training methods used & main activities

To name a few: human library, theater, world cafe, simulation, open space technology, roleplay, case studies were used during the training week.

Outcomes of the activity

By the end of the week participants understood the role of group leaders in international youth exchanges and practiced various skills that a group leader need to have to support learning and initiative of young people.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Full-time trainer in charge of the concept development, co-delivering the event and reporting on the content.

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
