Aims & objectives

Promote participation as a learning process in a playful way, to reach a wider target group and have a more inclusive approach for the youth workers involved.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The training was held in the framework of the ToT17/18. The team was composed of 4 European trainers. It was bringing together 19 participants from all over Europe

Training methods used & main activities

We used a wide range of non-formal education methods and game education to promote participation in a very light and playful way. The programme was structured in a self-directed learning approach.

Outcomes of the activity

The training produced a booklet in cooperation with the Flemish NA.

I was co-creator of the activity.

I worked on this training for 4 days as a full time trainer.
