Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

I was a full member of an international training team composed of myself and another trainer from Slovenia, a German trainer and a British trainer.

Training methods used & main activities

We used non-formal education methods and incorporated Conflict management skills into the methodology, we used methodology based on intercultural learning, human rights education and peace education.
For example, the participants were asked to prepare a cultural museum where they had the chance to analyse and present their societies and roots of the conflict.

Outcomes of the activity

The training was a part of a long term project of co-operation for peace in South Caucasus, it contributed directly to the two organisations' commonly developed strategy and action plan of further cooperation for peace.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

My tasks were to reflect together with my colleagues on all programme elements and specifically to design and lead several group building activities, the cultural museum and conflict time-line.

I worked on this training for 4 days as a full time trainer.
