Aims & objectives

The aim of the training course was to educate the participant in project management, strategic management and in a personal learning process for leadership as the goal of the organisation is to develop their members into global minded responsible leaders. The training course should support the self-learning approach of AIESEC through a theoretical knowledge and intense reflection.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The target group have been new and experienced members of AIESEC. As it was an international conference the participants came from Germany, Romania, Moldova & Ukraine.

Training methods used & main activities

Leadership role plays & simulations, presentation, reflection questions, fictive project tasks, group puzzles

Outcomes of the activity

The participants gained theoretical knowledge in project & strategic management and are ready to apply it in practice besides that they intensely reflected about their own personality and how they want lead themself and possibly others. I guess that it was an success because the participants managed to organize a huge conference and some took over responsibility in a leadership position and managed successfully a local and later even national chapter. Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was facilitator of a small homegroup who designed the workshop and delivered it by my own over the four days of the conference.

I worked on this training for 4 days as a full time trainer.
