TOY - Trainers Online for Youth
This is a reference for Andreea Maris
The aim of this training was to improve the quality of Strategic Partnerships within Erasmus+.
Objectives:
- Support organisations who have been funded for long term Strategic Partnerships
- Train participants in use quality management tools
- Learn about quality management in Strategic Partnerships
The target group was organisations who had already been funded for Strategic Partnerships and were struggling or wanting to better the quality management of their projects. Participants came from various Erasmus+ countries: Bulgaria, Sweden, Italy, Turkey to mention a few.
The team consisted of Andreea Maris from Sweden and Eelin Hoffström from Estonia (at the time)
The methods used were all non-formal, the topic of quality ran throughout the training. The innovative approach was to provide the organisations with the opportunity to get counseling one month later after the TC. This was done with the aim to improve the long term beneficial effects of the TC.
The training gave much new insight and made a good network for peer to peer sharing of good practise and experience.
The TC offered a good framework for sharing tools used in the project management of strategic partnerships.
After the course we have organized mentorship session with the participants with the purpose of further supporting them in the work with their projects. Some mentorship session were focused on evaluation while some on project planning and implementation, depending on the stage of the projects.
