Youth workers and people interested in youth work, coming from Italy, Greece, Poland and Portugal.
The training was run on non-formal education methods as for example:
- Role plays
- Group work in mixed and national groups
- Reflection sessions
- Identification of learning outcomes through debriefing and self-reflection
- Icebreakers and energisers
During the last day's reflection about the overall experience, participants reported that they acquired:
- confidence in their storytelling skills
- new ways for initiating storytelling
- video-making skills
I developed and run the training content, with the support of my colleague, Dominik.
The project went as expected. After getting to know each other better as well as the project topic, we went over all the stated goals and objectives of the project with the project participants. Methods such as role-playing, self-reflection, group reflection and many others helped us to do this. One of the many outcomes of the project was an increase in video production skills, which was reflected in the high-quality content posted on social media. Zacharias and I were extremely pleased with this collaboration.
