Aims & objectives

The training aimed to improve the knowledge and skills of participants on climate change; give tools how to communicate the message and how to become effective multipliers.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Target group: 20 European youth leaders, youth Policy Makers, youth workers.

Team: Various trainers and facilitators.

Open Space, role plays and informational inputs.

Outcomes of the activity

Participants gathered knowledge on climate change and specific actions they can overtake to positively and effectivly participate in creating awarenes in their local communities and organizations and also on a global scale.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

My role was to facilitate communication, argumentation and public speech training; moderate Open Space.

I worked on this training for 3 days as a full time trainer.
