The aim of the training was to strengthen STEAM competencies and creative thinking among educators and youth workers. The training addressed the growing need for innovative teaching approaches that combine science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics in non-formal education.
Participants explored practical ways to apply STEAM methodology in youth activities and educational programmes, encouraging creativity, problem-solving and collaboration among young people. The training also supported organisations working with youth by providing tools for designing interactive and experiential learning activities..
The training involved educators, youth workers and facilitators connected to international youth cooperation initiatives and Erasmus+ projects. Participants represented educational institutions, NGOs and community organisations working with young people.
The group included participants with experience in international projects and cooperation networks across Europe, creating opportunities for exchanging good practices and perspectives related to youth education and innovation.
The training was based on non-formal education and experiential learning methods. Examples of methods used include:

I worked as a trainer responsible for designing and facilitating training sessions related to STEAM education and creative learning methods.
My responsibilities included preparing training materials, facilitating workshops, moderating group discussions and supporting participants during reflection activities.
I also contributed to the evaluation of the training and helped participants develop ideas for applying the learned methods in their own educational contexts.
