It was focused to participants working in youth field , but there were a mixed group of volunteers, newcomers, and youth workers. The participants came from 10 EU countries- Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania and Spain.
Among the methods which we used were educational visits to the Sea Scouts departments in Thessaloniki, presentations, debates, task oriented activity and all was released through the non formal methods of learning.
Among the achieved outcomes from trainers point of view was to give credibility of the importance of outdoor activity in youth work for overcoming the rather spread phenomena of burn out, stress, depression. As well among the achieved objectives was to implement the methods of holistic approaches like Reiki in group work.
