This training is mostly based on “Developmental Model of Intercultural Sensitivity (Milton J. Bennett)” and “Experiential Learning Cycle (David Kolb)” education approach. Practical application and developmental areas has been defined within the framework of critical thinking, questioning, self-evaluation and learning approach. It is aimed to enable participants to express their free opinions in small group works, thus ensure a more effective learning environment.
Sessions specifically designed for the training were utilized during the training programme.
Participants of the TC established partnerships for development and implementation of international youth exchanges with partners from Europe.
