Aims & objectives

The aim of this East-West training activity was to stimulate sustainable social initiatives by and for young people from less privileged areas.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

28 participants from 14 different countries (EU, EFTA and EECA). The target group were youth workers who had relevant experience in the area of the training course. The team was composed of trainers and experts from Georgia, Armenia, Hungary and Austria (5 persons).

The whole toolbox of non-formal education: working groups, plenary debates, drama methods, simulations, focus groups, various tools for evaluation, reflection and assessment, energizers, ...

- raised competences of the participants
- follow-up activities by participants

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I made the concept, I coordinated the activity, I was in charge of hosting and I was the main facilitator/trainer

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
