Aims & objectives

Objectives:
- Empower and strengthen young people's voices through giving them tools how to have their own say and inform them about their rights (and responsibilities)
- Encourage the participants to act local and think global to broaden their point of views and exploring other organisations' practices
- Offer space to reflect on their own organisational structures of organisations and relation with their international umbrella organisation
- Promote participants to get active and make a change
- Transform teens into multipliers
- Introduce YouthPass and Erasmus+ through interactive methodology

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Team consisting of people from Austria, Belgium, Finland, Spain and UK. Participants in delegations from Austria, Germany, UK, Slovenia, Finland and Italy.

Training methods used & main activities

Small group discussions, creative arts, simulations and role play activities, outdoor education, energisers, ice-breakers, fishbowl, open space, participant-led activities, theatre, visual arts, intercultural activities, work in small groups.

Outcomes of the activity
