Training Course objectives:
To increase capacity of youth workers’ and candidate youth workers’ competences in field of sport for social inclusion.
To increase quality of youth workers’ activities in favor of disadvantages young people.
To support having broader understanding about the relation between youth work and sport activities and policies.
To contribute increasing competences of youth workers and potential youth workers for their employment.
To create a common network in the field of sport and youth work
To increase capacity of and international dimension of partner countries.
One week training course targets youth workers in order to increase their competences by using sports as a method for inclusion of disadvantaged young people.
There were 26 Participants from Spain, Italy, Belarus, Russia, Moldova, Turkey, Slovenia, Albania, Slovakia
Presentation, simulation, role-play, small group work, individual work, peer evaluation as the main methods of the training course in the frame of non-formal learning.
We had good feedback from the participants and their outputs in following topics.

I worked on the design of the training course by taking help from Fit 4 Life Publication from Salto. I was involved in team building, Introduction of Inclusion in Sports Context and introduction to what methods are available in sports which promotes inclusion among young people and Need Analysis of Projects.
