TOY - Trainers Online for Youth
This is a reference for Fabio Capuano
n this activity we highlight the development of personal and social skills, which are summarized in knowledge, attitudes and behaviours. These are achieved through discussion, individual and group reflection, the sharing of good practices and the application of learning methodologies. In addition, the training course allows the development of civic and intercultural skills, open dialogue and cultural diversity. The interaction with European partners promotes a richer formation within the scope of the NFE, with learning of multicultural transversality.
