This is a reference for Ieva Ulianskaite
To increase the knowledge of youth
workers on group dynamics;
To build resilience through movement;
To promote well-being;
To create stronger, connected groups;
To care for those who care for youth;
To foster international cooperation and the
exchange of best practices among youth
workers from different countries;
32 youth workers from 8 countries will join the training to enhance
their knowledge of group dynamics, develop practical skills in
bodily-oriented and resilience-based methods across different
stages of group development, strengthen international cooperation,
and contribute to the creation of practical training materials. Priority
is given to inclusion and Ukrainian participants.
Youth workers, who are on the frontlines of supporting young people, also
face emotional fatigue and burnout. To help them maintain their own well-
being and strengthen their capacity to guide others, Somatic Movement
focuses on group dynamics and body-oriented practices which can be
useful in co-creating healthy group dynamics.
The project will create meaningful and long-lasting impact on both youth workers and partner
organisations:
Increased awareness and understanding of mental health and psychoeducation.
Improved resilience, confidence, and ability to guide young people effectively.
Enhanced professionalism through access to new tools, best practices, and body-
oriented methods.
Strengthened digital skills for using platforms like TikTok and YouTube in non-formal
education.
Better teamwork in multicultural and collaborative settings.
Improved English communication skills for international cooperation.
