TOY - Trainers Online for Youth
This is a reference for Michaela Gelnarova
This project aims to address the underutilization of Solidarity Projects within our partner network and to harness their potential to significantly enhance youth work across our organizations. Despite our network's active engagement in various EU programs, including Erasmus+, Solidarity Projects have not been fully leveraged. Our organization, Saplinq, along with local partners such as Prisma, recognizes the transformative impact these projects can have, particularly in empowering young people to lead and manage their own initiatives, fostering both personal growth and community development.
The primary target group of this project consists of youth workers, youth leaders and volunteers affiliated with the participating organizations and their associated partner organizations within their networks.
