76 participants from 27 countries, representing organizations working in European Solidarity Corps program sending and hosting volunteers, coordinating youth groups, providing mentoring and support for volunteers and implementing solidarity projects

Training methods used & main activities

The training used a combination of methods to achieve the proposed objectives. Creative visualization was used during the session dedicated to redefining the ESC program - exploring vies of participants on how the program could be adjusted for greater impact and improved quality. The open space technology was used for the sessions dedicated to exchange and networking.

Outcomes of the activity

The evaluation of the event has been filled in by 54 of the 76 participants (a 71% response rate) and acknowledges the achievement of the proposed objectives to a high degree as well as high or very high satisfaction with the overall event. Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I am one of the three trainers designing, planning & facilitating the training event. The plenary sessions have been facilitated jointly, while most of the times the group has been divided into smaller groups, each trainer working with one of the groups.

I worked on this training for 3 days as a full time trainer.
