Aim of the TC is to Introduce outdoor experiential Learning to Youth workers and youth leaders who are interested in Social Inclusion and Youth Participation topics in order increase their competences in empowering young people for the sake of Social Responsibility.
Increasing capacity of youth workers and potential youth workers in outdoor activities for social inclusion
Increasing quality in activities of youth workers in favor of those young people who are not participating in decision making process or socially excluded.
Having broader understanding on social responsibility.
Increasing competences of youth workers for personal development and employ-ability.
Increasing capacity international dimension of partner organizations.
Target Group: 29 Youth Workers and Youth Leaders from different NGOs from Turkey, Spain, Italy, Slovakia, Moldova, Russia, Albania, Croatia, Romania involved in the training course.
Presentation, simulation, role-play, small group work, individual work, peer evaluation as the main methods of the training course in the frame of non-formal learning.
Participants feedback from the evaluation forms was quite good. We had outputs in flipcharts related with following themas.

I contribute to the preperation of the training course.
I took part in group Dynamics as leader trainer,
I contributed to sessions for preperation of participants for the learning objectives and goals, introduction to the youth participation, social responsibility and evaluation.
