TOY - Trainers Online for Youth

The objectives of the training were:
• To urge the necessity of action towards a more sustainable future
• To communicate a sense of responsibility for individual actions
• To transmit a sense of proactiveness and sustainable entrepreneurial thinking
• To share ideas of exisiting or future social enterprises
• To explore social entrepreneurship concepts, stakeholders and supporters
• To explore skills of social entrepreneurs and reflect on own competences for social entrepreneurship
• To inspire and encourage youth trainers to act as social change agents in their local communities as well as during their trainings
Project will gather 24 trainers and youth workers from 6 organisations and countries (Croatia, Czech Republic, Sweden, Germany, Greece, Italy)
During this training non formal methods such as open space methodology, theatre pedagogy, experiential learning, games and non formal methods were used.
The outcome of the training was that 24 trainers and youth workers returned into their local communities and organisations with innovative ideas on how to foster sustainable entrepreneurial thinking and proactiveness among young adults towards a more sustainable future.
My task was that of a full time trainer together with my colleague and trainer Mark Henry.
