Need for such a project is connected to general development of our world where we are coming from profit driven economy while we need to adapt in purpose driven economy. This topic was created with cooperation of one of our long term partners ICPI and other organisations were selected for this project based on their desire to contribute to this topic as well.

Team: Natali Kenkadze (Georgia) trainer, Lukáš Zajíček (CZ) Trainer
Michaela Musilova (CZ) coordinator and originator of the project

Training methods used & main activities

Whole training was based on experience of both trainers which was delivered through non-formal education methods. Natali is professional in area of social entrepreneurship, sustainability and green economy. Lukas has spent some years in business and was responsible for structural part of the project.

Activities with participants were based on shared knowledge and open discussion based on use of lean canvas as a main tool enhanced for some exercises to help participants to understand each area better.

Outcomes of the activity

Through out the mutual cooperation with Natali we were able to take participants from rough idea to clear image of their social business proposal with deep understanding. We managed to also facilitate sharing of differences between countries and their stance towards social enterprises, so they could learn from that. Main outcomes were their projects which after all some of them realised either in their original scale or started smaller with projects.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

My responsibilities were to facilitate practical part of the project and help participants understand business structure and help make their projects sustainable. Meaning that their project would be able to live from their own activity. Together with Natali we were responsible for delivering whole project and its content while each of us was mainly responsible for their part and supported the other one in theirs.

I worked on this training for 7+6 days as a full time trainer.
