Aims & objectives

to increase the knowledge about possible ways and opportunities of employability and develop promotional skills in order to improve the ability to promote their strengths and make more attractive CVs)
To familiarize with the term of ‘’entrepreneurship’’ and acquire the relevant skills in order to be an entrepreneur.
To ensure the active participation in local community and European citizenship.
Come across with other countries practices and innovations, in the fields of working experiences, in order to get inspiration and improve the provincial areas with fewer opportunities.
Also to gain promotional skills (expression tools: to develop and improve the ability to promote their strengths and make more attractive CVs).

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

35 participants coming from: Italy, Romania, Cyprus, Poland, Greece, Czech Republic, United Kingdom

Training methods used & main activities

- to deepen the competences of partners’ members - to work with young people using outdoor,
- experiential and non-formal education,
- working with youth with less opportunities and disabilities;

Outcomes of the activity

We have ensured the diversity among the participants considering the previously acquired knowledge on the topic and experience. In that way the participants who have some advanced knowledge on the topic could help to the other participants easily understand the materials and lectures during the group work and sessions.

Leading trainer, coaching and implementation of workshops and educational sessions.
