The mission of this specific Erasmus project is to equip participants with the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to successfully navigate the job market. It aims to provide participants with practical tools and strategies to enhance their employability and increase their chances of securing meaningful employment.
Objectives:
- The project aims to enhance participants' job-seeking skills, including resume/CV writing, cover letter writing, and interview techniques.
- The project seeks to improve participants' networking abilities and they will apply for a job, with the help of our facilitator, after creating a CV.
- Through workshops, we foster decision-making, problem-solving, and team management skills, empowering participants to become architects of their careers.
Number of people in total: 50.
Participants age group: 18 - 26
Countries:
Romania: 8 participants, 2 group leaders
Latvia: 8 participants and 2 group leaders
Spain: 8 participants and 2 group leaders
Portugal: 8 participants and 2 group leaders
Hungary: 8 participants and 2 group leaders
Team building games, energizers, get to know each other activities, open discussions, brainstorming, reflection activities, world cafe activities, Hoftede's cultural insight group activity.
As the main results of the activity, all participants created their CV, a LinkedIn account and applied to certain jobs.
30% of them are currently working, as a result of this project.
